CAREGIVER MATCHMAKING

Caregiver Matchmaking Tailored to Your Family’s Needs

You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone. We’ll help you match with a trusted, qualified caregiver—so your loved one is safe, supported, and cared for like family.

We provide referral services for caregivers who provide home care. We are not a licensed home care agency, as defined in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 131E-136(2), and are not a provider of any home care services. We do not train, supervise, monitor, or evaluate the caregivers for whom we provide referral services.

We’re not a home care agency,

we’re a registry.

we’re a referral service for in-home caregivers.

We help families find the right fit. You stay in control, choosing from handpicked, thoroughly vetted caregivers who set their own schedules and rates.

Whether you need caregivers for a few hours of companionship or 24/7 caregivers, we help you stay in control—while making sure you're not doing it all alone. The caregivers we refer are kind, capable, and ready to step in when you’re ready.

You don’t need to search a database or sort through dozens of strangers. We get to know your family, then help you find the right fit.

FAQS

How fast can you refer someone?

In many cases, we can recommend caregivers within 24–48 hours. It depends on your location and specific needs—but we work fast, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you refer caregivers who can provide medical or skilled nursing care?

No. We refer independent caregivers whose professional credentials authorize them to provide non-medical support only, such as help with daily living, companionship, and household tasks.

Can I interview the caregiver before choosing?

Yes. We’ll introduce you to the top 1–3 matches, and you decide who to move forward with. You're always in control.

How do you screen the caregivers?

Every caregiver is background checked, interviewed, and referred based on experience, reliability, and your objective preferences.
