We’ve been there.
When our founder Jim’s mother needed care, he quickly realized how fragmented and impersonal traditional home care could be. Despite long-term care insurance and doing everything “right,” his family found themselves drowning in red tape, overtime bills, and a revolving door of unfamiliar faces.
A nurse registry model connected them with one exceptional independent caregiver —Eustis— who stayed with Jim’s family for three years. She answered to nobody other than her client.
She didn’t just show up — she became part of the family. His mom was safe. His dad could sleep. The house stayed peaceful. Jim saw firsthand what a difference a consistent, personalized independent caregiver could make. And for the first time in months, they could exhale.
That experience shaped everything we do.
